Alternate Endings...

So I have two endings for Zombie Games that I'm tossing around in my warped mind. I'm almost thinking about offering an alternate ending and having readers vote for the preferred. I know how I'd like to end the game but creating new levels would be pretty awesome. :)

Busy...

I'm finding myself working on two books at the moment, Zombie Games Four and Tangled Mess. I have all of these awesome ideas and need to get them onto paper before I lose them. I'm not sure which I'm more hyped about either. I mean, they're two totally different stories but both mean a lot to me. I wish there were two of me... 

Zombie Games Four

Still trying to finish Zombie Games Four. I am hoping to have it done before the end of March. Don't want to rush the book and lower the quality. I will announce it as soon as it's finished.

Tangled Fury

Tangled Mess will be the next installment of my Tangled Series. The book probably won't be finished until sometime this spring, but I will keep everyone up to date when I'm closer to completing it. Zombie Games Book Four won't be available until End of March 2013. Last book of Night Roamers will be available approximately May 1st, 2013. Finally, I am also excited about a YA Paranormal book that I've been slowly working on called 'Descendent'. I'm hoping to have it done by this summer. Here is the cover, special thanks to Maeidesign.com. I'm not going to give anything away about the book yet, as I don't want anyone snatching this idea before I'm finished - it's pretty freakin cool. Seriously, it is. The concept, anyway. I can only hope to make it as awesome as it sounds in my head. So watch for that book release later this year.

I don't mind getting constructive criticism on book reviews for Zombie Games, but when people are just flat out nasty and insulting, you have to feel just horrible for the people in their dreary lives who have to deal with such bitterness. I mean seriously, what would make a person so cynical that they'd write a half-page review about a free book only to tear it apart and insult the author? This person even misquoted lines from the book...but I have sworn not to interact with sociopaths who try to bait me via reviews....All I can say is that I thank God that I'm the kind of person who'd rather build things up instead of tear them down. Reading the reviews on your own books can be difficult at times and I know some authors just don't even do it but I have to say that I have gotten some really AWESOME comments from my readers, especially on Zombie Games, and it is SO very flattering and SO VERY much appreciated. Excited to announce that I am working with a professional actress who will be helping me put Zombie Games on Audio, which should be available in June 2013. Right now I'm working on Zombie Games Four and hope to finish before end of March and then will finish up the Night Roamer's series.

So excited, I've finally found a professional editor to take on my books! Starting with Blur and Zombie Games (Origins). I am looking forward to cleaning them up and re-releasing them. Anyone with an old copy will be eligible for a new and improved one when all is said and done.

This is the second installment of Night Roamers. If you haven't read the first book, "Blur" (Night Roamers) it is available for free on smashwords.com and I'm trying to get Amazon and Barnes & Noble to release it for free as well.

I have changed the cover of my vampire book, Blur (Night Roamers), and am almost finished with the second book. I'm totally excited about it and having Ravven do my cover for Shiver (Night Roamers Book Two) Can't wait to see it!

Released Blur (Night Roamers) on Smashwords.com for free this last weekend and expecting to see a price match on Amazon real soon (which will increase my visibility). Hopefully in time I can HIRE an editor for my stories(they are, like, hundreds to thousands of dollars per book!) I just can't afford an editor yet on my meager little daycare provider salary. I have to say it's a surprise to see so many critical people hating on a few grammatical errors on free books. I didn't think the errors were that bad (obviously, or I would have caught them myself and corrected). Anyway, thank you to all of my readers who are able to forgive a couple of misspelled words or forgotten comas. It is YOU who inspire me to keep going.

Is it me or is the cost of school supplies getting way out of hand?! My oldest is going into 6th grade and we had to buy her an algebra calculator that cost $99. Thank goodness for grandparents! After all of the folders, binders, paper, glue, colored pencils, batteries (yeah batteries) paper towels...etc..it was insanely ridiculous. When I was in school (okay, three decades ago mind you) but all we needed was a folder a notebook and a pencil. Never used a calculator which I would have been thrilled to use. I just can't believe it. Someday a laptop will be on the list. I just know it...
